Whatever type of denture we make, you can be assured they will look and feel almost indistinguishable from natural teeth.

Full Dentures

Many people experience problems with dentures including looseness, discomfort and an inability to eat properly. We achieve the best results in terms of comfort, function and appearance by making the dentures over a series of appointments.

Full dentures replace all missing teeth and are constructed in high impact gum coloured acrylic resin and superior acrylic teeth. We work closely with you and often use photographs of your original appearance to recreate the teeth you’ve always wanted. Often dentures are under built resulting in a hollow, aged facial appearance. However, at James Pegg Dentistry we eliminate technical errors by providing correctly contoured dentures to enhance your facial appearance. You will always see how the dentures look and feel in your mouth prior to the dentures being processed.

Partial Dentures

At James Pegg Dentistry we provide conventional acrylic or cobalt-chromium partial dentures. These dentures are removable and are attached to the natural teeth using clasps. Alternatively we may use more specialised precision attachments to retain the denture more discreetly.

Implant Retained Dentures

For certain patients with the right quality and quantity of bone, titanium implants may be placed in the upper or lower jaw bones.

Attachments placed on these implants rigidly retain a full upper or lower denture which some find more suited to their lifestyle. At our practice the implants are placed by Federico Moreno and James Pegg completes the restoration. We have found this team approach provides predicable, optimum results.
